Taraji P Henson, also called, Taraji Penda Henson, is an American actress, a singer, a voiceover actress and an author, who was born on 11th of September, 1970 in Southeast Washington, D.C. Both of her names, Taraji and Penda, originate from the Swahili language and have a good meaning. Taraji means hope and Penda means love.
