To be eligible, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Citizenship: Must be a citizen of a country other than the United States

Residency: Must not hold U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or dual U.S. citizenship

Hold an academic degree equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree by November 15, 2024
