A man identified as Victor Okoh has done the unspeakable today, Monday, 10th March 2024 in Effiong Essang Street in Oron Local government of Akwa Ibom State.
It was gathered that the 42-year-old man butchered his wife with a Cutlass at around 05:20am in the morning.
Eyewitness account reveal that an heated argument between the man and his wife identified as Victoria Okoh led the man to use Cutlass on his wife wife, causing her fatal injuries.
The eyewitness further narrated that the man, who is a pastor with Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, locked their house outside protector to stop people from interfering before butchering his wife.
The neighbours said the pastor asked the wife to pack to her parents house since last night, but he later asked her to come back inside.
The neighbors said they don’t know what transpired this morning, but they heard the 38-year-old lady shouting for help but the main door and protector was locked.
